Whats the name of this TV series?

So its like this. A weird guy makes an entrance in a "haunted mansion"
and begins jibberjabbering.
He tells a story for instance:An ice machine was turned off, and a guy
fainted, and a girl saw water coming out of it, and she opened it and
saw ice in it but the machine had a cut power chord.
Then something like this: A guy talking to a guy who asks him a favor,
he does it and then finds out that guy died 3 years ago etc..

And so after a couple of stories he tells you at the end if they were
true, or just fiction. What was the name of it?
